Yuzu Furikake Fish

                                Ingredients
- 2 pounds White fish
 - 2 cups Panko
 - .25 cups Maika'i Yuzu Furikake
 - 2 Eggs
 - 2 cups Shredded cabbage
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 
Instructions
- Cut fish to desired size.
 - Season fish with salt and pepper.
 - Combine panko and furikake.
 - Dip seasoned fish into egg, then into your panko-furikake mixture. Press fish down to make the panko-furikake mixture stick.
 - In a shallow pan, fry fish until cooked.
 - Garnish plate with shredded cabbage, then place your fish and serve.
