Ingredients
1/2poundSpicy Ahi Poke
1packageWonton wrappers (Sun Noodle brand)
3Jalapenos, sliced thinly (approximately 1/8")
Unagi sushi sauce (Kikkoman)
Green onions for garnish
Neutral oil for frying

Instructions
Place approximately 1 tablespoon of poke on the wonton wrapper and top with a jalapeno slice.
Add a little water on all edges of the wrapper to ensure the wrapper closes. Fold the wrapper into a triangle, securing the poke and jalapeno in place. Then fold both tip corners in to form a "purse-like" shape.
On medium to high heat, deep fry in neutral oil for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
Place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Once slightly cooled off, arrange on a serving plate and drizzle unagi sauce on the wontons. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
