Wine is fine this summer and Ed the Prince of Pau Hana has his top 5 summer wine picks for 2015.

Matua New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc

Wow!No wonder everyone talks about this wine. Matua is delicious and full of citrus fruits. Perfect wine on a hot Hawaiian day. The crisp refreshing taste left me wanting more!

Bottega Vinaia Pinot Grigio

Yum!I have had my share of Pinot Grigio wines, but I must say that Bottega Vinaia Pinot Grigio is the smoothest one I have had yet. The great thing to note is that the grapes are handpicked and vinified on site.

The taste was fresh, dry and extremely well structured. Good job on this one!

Old Soul Chardonnay

Tasty!This Chardonnay is succulent and crisp. Old Soul Chardonnay is robust with Flavors of pear, tropical fruit and Pineapple, which adds to its bright varietal. So delightfully drinkable that I always keep a bottle in my wine fridge!

MYX Moscato

This is just one part of our larger push to buy local, support local, and improve food sustainability here in Hawaii.
